All boxed lunches come with a sandwich/wrap, choice of salad, a fresh fruit cup, dill pickle spear, bag of chips, and a homemade chocolate chip cookie. Sandwiches served on fresh Kaiser roll. Minimum of 15 boxed lunches per order — all salads must be the same.
Santa Fe Chicken
Tender grilled chicken, black beans, tomatoes, chipotle mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, and romaine lettuce; served in a jalapeño cheddar tortilla with a side of salsa.
Santa Fe Club
Smoked turkey, honey ham and apple wood bacon together with tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, chipotle mayonnaise and romaine lettuce; served in a jalapeño cheddar tortilla.
Grilled Vegetable
Sautéed zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and onions in a garlic butter sauce wrapped in a herb tortilla with romaine lettuce and diced tomatoes.
BLT
Crisp apple wood bacon, tomatoes, romaine lettuce and cheddar cheese; served in a garlic-herb tortilla with avocado mayo.
Pesto Chicken
Tender grilled chicken in a pesto sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and romaine lettuce; served in a sun-dried tomato and basil tortilla with balsamic vinaigrette.
Beef Fajita
Perfectly seasoned beef fajita strips sautéed with a blend of bell peppers and onions wrapped with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, American-Swiss cheese; served on a herb-garlic tortilla.
Chicken Walnut Salad
Tender chunks of chicken with green apple, lettuce, tomato, celery, walnuts, select spices and herbs tossed in a light dressing; served on a herb-garlic tortilla.
